The IV Ibero-American Gaming Summit unveils its program to promote legal and responsible gaming

• The new edition of the Ibero-American Gaming Summit’s program, which takes place on April 6 in Cartagena de Indias, can now be viewed on its website.

• So far the organization has confirmed the presence of the regulators from Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and from the host Colombia, in addition to the CIBELAE directors.

The main players of the gaming sector will discuss in Colombia the industry’s situation in Latin America, the approval of gaming mechanisms and instruments and the fiscal and financial model in the region, among other hot topics covered in the program that has already been published by the event organizers on their website.

“Towards the consolidation of legal and responsible gaming in Latin America” is the official slogan of the event, which will take place on April 6th in Cartagena de Indias, and which will be attended by leading regulators,  operators and producers of the industry.

As in past editions, the four topics which the event will revolve around are: regulation, internationalization, opportunities and innovation. But, in addition, this year new topics suggested by the Directorate of Coljuegos, the main regulator in Colombia in their capacity as host, have been introduced.

So far the organization has confirmed the presence of the regulators from Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and from the host Colombia, in addition to the CIBELAE directors. Similar confirmations are expected soon from other Latin American countries’ regulators.

Last year the Summit brought together more than 300 international participants. The registration process is still open for this year’s edition on the website. Those attendees who sign up in the next few days will benefit from a limited time only discount. The Organization has also negotiated discounts at major hotels in the city.

The IV Ibero-American Gaming Summit will be possible thanks to the sponsorship by Gaming Laboratories International, Cirsa, Winner Group and VNE. Cicor and Asensi  will back the event as silver sponsors.

For the fourth consecutive year, the organization of the Fourth Ibero-American Gaming Summit is carrried out by JAK Comunicación and the international consulting firm Kreab.
